Thank you to the entire community for supporting our campaign to allow us to make this gift to our Grand Rapids, Michigan beneficiary, Artists Creating Together (ACT). ACT notes they will utilize this gift immediately in the Spring of 2025 for:
1. The ACTion Art Exhibit, where individuals with disabilities have the chance to show their work in a professional setting and sell their art.
2. ACT music programs, which include a 60-member choir, a Ukulele Club, a song writing class, a drum troupe, and early childhood music explorations.
3. The Creativity and Ability Festival, which is a week-long event with in-person and virtual performing and visual art programs and events for over 500 special education classrooms throughout Kent County.
Since our inception, WSF has now gifted over $70K to 18 orgs across 12 states. Our heart is on fire! We have exciting plans for 2025 to keep the momentum going- we hope you join us along on our journey.
